Most of Orders are shipped by the EMS Postal Service which takes 5-8business days depending on your location. You should pay the extra for shipping if use TNT, UPS, DHL or other delivery service.
 We will make all efforts to ship your order within1-3 business after confirm your payment.  We ship on Saturdays and Sundays as usual, All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed in time. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase.

Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 5-7days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars.
The order total does not include Customs duties or inter national taxes.
The customer is responsible for any taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

* Returns *
Reason For Returns:
1. Wrong Size.for example you order size8,but receive size8.5.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.

* All returns must be authorized *

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at sales@smotrade.com to obtain a Return Authorization Email.
 All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

* All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
   All original tags must still be attached.

* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
 If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive your Return Authorization Email, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (7business days) to receive an exchange.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges.

Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all orders.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
